Catering cook — Dickinson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Dickinson County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
