Now hiring: we are hiring a rigger in Powell County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
