Roofing technician — Perkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing technician in Perkins County, Nebraska. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Full-time, day shift.
