The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
