Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Benton County, Washington. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Your main tasks: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
