Join our team: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Johnson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a landfill site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings The role involves: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
