Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Dade County

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Dade County, Missouri. The job is in a die and mould making unit. The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Six days a week, one day off.
