We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Marshall County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts.
