Marble cutter • Pittsylvania County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble cutter in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based at a marble and granite workshop. On the job you will handle: • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar What we are looking for: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Own hand tools an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
