Ironing operator — Copper River Census Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory You will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
