We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Clare County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Your main tasks: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
