Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble worker in Kalkaska County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching On a typical shift you will cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
