Cake decorator • Lokoja, Kogi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lokoja, Kogi State. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
