Fabrication workshop technician — Culpeper County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. The role involves check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Full-time, day shift.
