Sand plant operator wanted in Nsit Ubium

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. You will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
