Vacancy available: we are hiring a site labourer in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. You should have: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it The role involves: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
