Sample machinist wanted in Peach County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Peach County, Georgia. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
