Immediate opening: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Hardin County, Illinois. The job is at a food-delivery aggregator. Ideal candidate: • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
