CNC programmer-operator — Newton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Newton County, Texas. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
