Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Cass County, Missouri. Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
