JCB operator • Adair County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a JCB operator in Adair County, Iowa. The role involves grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. Requirements: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
