Powder coating line operator wanted in Evans County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Evans County, Georgia. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
