Horizontal milling machine operator — Perkins County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Perkins County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
