Join our team: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) On the job you will handle: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
