What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day-to-day duties: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals 4+ years on the tools preferred.
