Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Santa Rosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Santa Rosa County, Florida. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Rotating shifts.
