Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Hickman County, Tennessee. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
