Crane operator — Stoke-on-Trent

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Stoke-on-Trent, England. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
