UPVC welding machine operator — Hamilton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Hamilton County, Texas. On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
