Your main tasks: • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
