Waiter — Lau

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Lau, Taraba State. You will be based in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
