Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Carroll County, Indiana. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
