Banquet server — Ethiope West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Ethiope West, Delta State. Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
