Scullery hand wanted in Dickey County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dickey County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
