Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gallatin County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
