Your main tasks: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
