Fry cook — Wilcox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Wilcox County, Georgia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
