QC technician — Oron

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Oron, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
