Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Rotating shifts.
