Prep cook wanted in Bates County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Bates County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
