Quality assurance assistant — Shasta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Shasta County, California. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Full-time with occasional weekends.
