Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
