Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
