Surface coating operator wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Warren County, New York. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
