Excavator operator — Suffolk County

Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Suffolk County, New York. The role involves inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. You should have: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Rotating shifts.
