Wheel loader operator — Platte County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Platte County, Wyoming. You will work at a road-building project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
