On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
