Maintenance painter wanted in Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Marion County, Ohio. You will work at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Own brushes and basic hand tools Meals and transport allowance provided.
