Join our team: hoist operator (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Olmsted County, Minnesota. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
