Immediate opening: marble worker (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble worker in Redcar and Cleveland, England. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. You will restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
